Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, treats, or supplements.

Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Downloadable software products.

Certain health and personal care items for pets.
Partial Refunds In the following cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To Complete Your Return Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when making a return. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address].
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them, and they’ll be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
